Renew your prescriptions in 4 easy steps:

Download the Familiprix mobile app on your mobile device (Apple Store or Google Play) or access your Health Record on your computer. Create your account.

Go to the Health section of your Familiprix mobile app or to the Prescriptions section of your online health record, where you could enter the prescription numbers (RX) found on the labels of your medication containers or upload pictures of your new prescriptions.

Validate the information in your order.

You can even add a note to your pharmacist, if needed, and add items to your order (e.g., tissue paper, lip balm, cough drops, etc.)
When you pick up your prescriptions, ask for your patient file key at the lab. Your patient file key will enable you to access your prescription history online.
